All deliveries within the UK are free of charge. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for delivery before 1pm. A signature will be required. Items will be dispatched the next working day after we receive your order. During sales, busy holiday periods and in extreme weather conditions, our shipping times are not guaranteed.
We offer a full refund on all orders returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.
All items that are returned must be unworn and in their original condition, including any swing tags and packaging. If an item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Simply return the items to us at the address below. Please ensure the package is secure, so that there is no damage
in transit. Please note that you are responsible for the item until it is received by us. We recommend that you use an insured courier service requiring signature on delivery and keep your proof of posting. ELWIN cannot take responsibility for any products lost or damaged in transit.
Before returning your items, please check:
- the items for return are unworn, in a saleable condition, complete with all swing tags & packaging
- you have included the completed returns form in your package.
We recommend that you send us a quick email at email@example.com, to let us know that you will be returning your items to us. Please include your order number in your email.
